Compensation and Benefits

As a member of our team, you can look forward to the following compensation and benefits as a cleaner:

• Starting wage between $19.00/hr and $22.00/hr depending on experience

Qualifications

Individuals interested in a cleaner position should possess the following qualifications:

Ability to lift 25 lbs and engage in repetitive motions for an extended period of time

• Ability to handle and operate cleaning equipment (eg. vacuum cleaner)
• Fluency in English and good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to learn from managers and more experienced team members
• An understanding of how to handle, dispose of, and use cleaning chemicals
• Self-motivated
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
